In 2019 y. Melitopol became a flagship of news in spheres of education and youth work. The innovations, achievements of educators and youth workers of this city were not written by the most lazy. But we went further and made a video of our longtime friends and partners - Melitopol high school # 8 (director Olena Zameniagre) and Department of youth and sports of Melitopol city council (deputy head of department Tatiana Nesvat). In video ladies share their experience of cooperation with community, with formal and non-formal educational institutions, community and youth organisations for development of opportunities for democratic citizenship of school and student youth; they show how, through the combined efforts of different target groups, it is possible to achieve the best results with limited resources available for educators and youth workers.
