How to build your own professional trajectory? How to organize work of the community administration, so that they cater for the needs of people of the community? What processes are managed by the local authorities? These questions can be answered by youth, which takes part in internships at the local government. They can make suggestions and inspire officials to make necessary decisions. Leaders of community created such an opportunity for students of Pyadyky Lyceum. Representatives from Pyadyky, Vitaliy Kostyuk, Head of the Lyceum, and Maria Piddubrivna, teacher-organiser and youth worker, visited Slovakia within the Erasmus+ programme and got the idea of these internships there. Upon returning to their community, they put this idea into practice.
