Oksana Polivchak is the head of the Center for Creativity of Children and Youth in the city of Zhydachiv, Lviv region, and a trainer of "Schools for Democracy" programme. She describes her experience of job shadowing at the Regional Youth Centre in Kosice (Slovakia) and shows, how she uses acquired knowledge and skills in her work: for capacity building of student school councils in the city and district, for setting up art spaces, and for learning about democracy, media literacy, etc.
